I Love tacos

You should know how much I love tacos now? 🌮 It's my favorite delicious food to make, shoot and eat So when I asked floridagrapefruituk to collaborate on a recipe, I thought it was the perfect accompaniment in the form of Florida grapefruit sauce with this jackfruit taco

The recipe is as follows👇🏼:

For Jackfruit
450g canned jackfruit (drained weight) (grated)
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
For Florida grapefruit salsa
1 Florida grapefruit (peeled, removing white pulp and chopped into chunks)
Juice of 1 lemon
A handful of chopped fresh cilantro
1 tomato (diced)
1/2 red onion (small cubes)
a pinch of salt
1 green onion (sliced)
1 yellow pepper (small cubes)
5 radishes (cut into thin slices)
10 mini tacos / tortilla wrap
1 large avocado (mashed)
Dairy-free sour cream
Pinch of hot pepper flakes
1. Start by heating a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil with the grated jackfruit. Cook for a few minutes before adding the rest of the jackfruit ingredients, mix and leave for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
2. While the jackfruit is cooking, prepare the sauce by combining all the ingredients in a bowl.
3. When you are ready to eat, smother some sour cream on the wrappers followed by some
Jackfruit, mashed avocado, radish slices, Florida grapefruit sauce and some chili flakes.
