Doing Brownies for lunch

Moist nutty delicious (I said that soz) chocolate brownies  I adore adding any nuts I have to hand in brownies for some crunch 🌰 Fave another - add espresso powder. The subtle notes (which I make notes) of coffee everywhere are just gawjusss. Anyway ... find the recipe below ❤️ Hope you spend a better week. I don't have much to show or share recently. the ingredients
65ml Macadamia Nut Olive Oil
280ml of non-dairy milk
150 grams of melted dark chocolate
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
215 grams flour
30 g of cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
120g light brown sugar
2 tablespoons of espresso powder
40 grams of chopped almonds
40g chopped hazelnuts
40g chopped pecans
75 gm dark chocolate chunks
method
1. Start by preheating the oven to 180 ° C and lining the baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the macadamia nut oil with the milk and vanilla extract and melt
chocolate.
3. Then add the flour, baking powder, light brown sugar, espresso powder and cocoa
powder. Collect again.
4. Add 3/4 of the almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans, and chocolate chunks and stir
