Delicious Carrot Bread

Easter bread with the boys at home. Make this delicious carrot bread, topped with Greek yogurt and honey for a luxurious touch 😉

Share this healthy recipe with you-

1.5 cups carrots, grated
Half a cup of olive oil or vegetable oil
Half a cup of honey
2 beaten eggs or 1/2 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1.5 cups whole wheat flour
Half a teaspoon of baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
A cup of chopped walnuts
A cup of raisins (optional)

🥕 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease the loaf tray with some olive oil

Whisk together the oil and honey. Add the scrambled eggs, vanilla and carrots

Mix the dry ingredients (except nuts) together and add to the carrot mixture.

Add nuts and raisins (if used)

Place the mixture in a greased bowl with a spoon and bake for about 45 minutes on the bottom rack of the oven. Your bread will soften when browned well on top. Insert a knife to fully check its maturity.

Allow to cool completely.
