For the base
80 grams of cocoa and orange
180g Medjool Dates (peel off)
115 grams of walnuts
80 grams of hazelnuts
40 g cocoa powder
Zest from 1 orange
50 ml melted coconut oil

250 grams of silky tofu
150ml full cream coconut milk
80g dark chocolate (melted)
2 teaspoons orange extract
To decorate
Chopped dark chocolate
Zest orange
Chunks of cocoa, orange and nuts
1. Start adding the dates to the blender and mixing it until small pieces are formed.
Then add the nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, cocoa powder and orange zest
Melt coconut oil and mix again until it is homogeneous.
2. Divide the mixture between small tart boxes and press down on the base and up
